Taxi by Mo collects only the information needed to answer and manage your request.

What is collected

This can include your name, mobile number, optional email address, pickup, destination, journey time, passengers, luggage, flight details and notes you choose to provide.

How it is used

• To check the journey, provide a price and confirm availability.
• To contact you about the request and complete an accepted journey.
• To keep a proportionate business and customer-service record.

Your booking details are not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Address and location services

Address words you type may be sent to an address-search provider to return suggestions. If you choose “Use my location”, your browser asks for permission and sends the coordinates once to find a nearby mapped address. Coordinates are not stored with the booking. Always check the house or flat number.

Security and spam protection

The private driver area is restricted to the owner. To limit abuse, the service temporarily stores one-way security codes derived from the connection address and mobile number. The raw connection address is not stored in the booking record.

First-party measurement

The site counts a small set of actions such as call taps, booking starts and WhatsApp taps. These counts do not use advertising cookies, create a customer profile or store the words entered into the booking form.

How long details are kept

Booking records should be reviewed and removed when no longer needed for the journey, customer service, business records or legal obligations. Anonymous action totals are retained for up to 12 months.
