Plain information about sending and confirming a booking request with Taxi by Mo.

Requests and confirmation

The online form sends a request to Mo. It does not create an instant or automatic booking. Your journey is confirmed only after Mo replies and you both agree the availability, journey details and price.

Prices

No prices are invented or estimated by the website. Mo confirms the price directly after checking the exact route, date, time, passengers, luggage and any return journey.

Pickup details

Give the full pickup and destination address where possible. Check the house or flat number even when you choose an address suggestion. For stations, hotels, hospitals, venues and airports, add a useful meeting point in the notes.

Flights, luggage and golf clubs

Include the flight number and every large case, golf bag or unusual item. The MG5 estate has a large boot, but suitability depends on the combination of passengers and luggage.

Changes and cancellations

Call or message Mo as soon as possible if the route, time, passenger count or luggage changes, or if you no longer need the journey. Any cancellation charge or special condition must be agreed with you directly; this website does not create one automatically.
